Pursuant to L.D. 196/2003 - Data Protection Law ("Law"), the legal firm Rossotto & Partners, with registered headquarters in Turin, via Amedeo Avogadro n. 26, in the capacity of Data Controller ("Controller"), provides you with this information communication.
Personal data contained in curricula vitae sent via the "contact us" link, or by sending an e-mail to the addresses indicated on the internet site www.rphlex.com ("Site"), will only be used to assess the possibility of your working for R&P Legal.
We invite you to include in your curricula vitae only information relating to your professional career and studies, avoiding indicating any information of a sensitive nature, by which we mean data that could reveal racial and ethnic origins, religious or philosophical convictions or convictions of other kinds, political opinions, membership of parties, unions, associations or organisations of a religious, philosophical, political or union nature or personal data that could reveal your state of health. Any sensitive data contained in your curricula vitae will not be processed and will be deleted immediately.
Your personal data will not be circulated or communicated to third parties. In any case this is without prejudice to the communication or circulation of data required, in compliance with the law, by police forces, judiciary authorities, information and security bodies or by other public subjects in order to defend the State and its security and for the prevention, verification or repression of crimes.
Your personal data will mainly be processed by automated procedures and with the aid of IT and internet instruments, always in full observance of the prescriptions of confidentiality and security requested by the Law.
The granting of your personal data is at your own discretion. However, if you should refuse, the Controller will not be able to assess your candidature.
Those responsible for the processing, appointed, temporarily, to verify the rights of those concerned, are: dr Vittorio Torazzi at the Turin offices, dr Massimo Tavella at the Milan offices, dr Maurizio Corain at the Rome offices, dr Gianni Zilli at the Bologna offices and dr Alberto Caveri at the Aosta offices (Persons in charge of Data Processing at local offices). The data will also be processed by other appointed persons. The complete list of such people is available, by written request, at the registered offices of R&P Legal.
We also inform you that you may contact the Persons in charge of Data Processing at local offices at any time in order to enforce your rights, as prescribed by art. 7 of the Law, in order to:
- find out if data regarding you is undergoing processing;
- to find out the purposes and procedures of processing;
- to obtain the cancellation, blockage, updating, correction or amendment of your data.
